Hyrox training, today

Lifting apps don't know running exists.

Running apps don't know stations exist.

Your hybrid training falls through the cracks between both — what's left is a spreadsheet that breaks more than it helps.

Hyrox is hybrid.
Your form curve should be too.

How Hyspo sees your Hyrox

Run. Station. Run.
One form curve.

Watch your race day take shape — and how both feed into one shared form.

On race day

Lifting and running.
One honest number.

Race predictions with reliability stages instead of wishful thinking, load guidance that catches overtraining before it happens — all from the same form curve.

Frequently asked questions

Can I actually train for Hyrox without running two separate apps?

Yes — that's the entire point. Strength and endurance sessions live in the same workout builder, the same form curve, the same calendar. No juggling, no manually reconciling two apps every Sunday.

How accurate is the Hyrox time prediction, honestly?

As honest as we can make it: Hyspo always shows how reliable a prediction is — "Calibrated" (from your own race or training data), "Estimated" (from your thresholds with a general model), or "Reference value" (a division average, no data of yours yet). Never a made-up number without that label attached.

Are all 8 Hyrox stations actually in there?

All of them: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls — each one plannable, loggable, and part of your race simulation.

Will Hyspo actually tell me to back off, or just cheer me on no matter what?

The load-guidance signal tells you daily whether to push, hold, be cautious, or back off — based on your load trend AND recovery, not blind encouragement. A taper projection takes over as race day gets close.

I coach a handful of Hyrox athletes — worth it for me?

Coach features are completely free right now: athlete list, weekly overview, who trained and whose form is slipping — all at a glance, for as many athletes as you coach.
